KUALA LUMPUR -- Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiary, BSS Development Sdn Bhd (BSS), has further acquired land in Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan.
In a filing to Bursa Malaysia today, it said BSS had proposed to acquire another 23.14 hectares (ha) of land in the same locality for RM27.06 million cash.
The new transaction is a follow through to the proposed acquisition announced in August.
"BSS, between Aug 18 and Oct 19 this year, entered into separate sales and purchase agreements with the individual land owners or their administrators to acquire an additional 10 parcels of vacant agriculture land held under separate titles in Port Dickson.
"With this additional acquisition, the total land acquired stands at 76.57 ha, with a cash consideration of RM84.05 million," it added.
