To say these people lack civic mindedness would be putting it mildly. Piles of stinking rubbish befoul the landscape in Taman Bukit Kelisa in Seremban, thanks to folk who treat the roadsides as one big convenient dumpsite.
Bukit Kepayang assemblyman Cha Kee Chin said they were not only an eyesore, but also a health issue.
“I’m upset with the attitude of the irresponsible people who are simply dumping their rubbish at the road side.
“I have notified Solid Waste And Public Cleansing Management Corporation of the problem.
“Hopefully, it will take action and collect the rubbish as soon as possible.
“At the same time, I hope that these people will not dump rubbish here again.
“Let’s learn to take care of the environment,” he urged. – August 6, 2015.
