Boy, 5, dies after falling from 9th floor in Penang

BUTTERWORTH: A five-year-old boy fell to his death from the ninth floor of his family apartment here this morning.

The incident happened at Pangsapuri Air Tawar Indah, Telok Air Tawar, about 11am. The victim, Muhammad Adam Qhalish Hairul Anuar died at the scene after suffering from severe head injuries.

 It is believed that Muhammad Adam had climbed a window in his house, before falling down to the parking area on the ground floor. The victim was found in a pool of blood his mother who was at home when the incident occurred. The victim’s body was sent to the Seberang Jaya Hospital.
