KUALA LUMPUR: Tambun Indah Land Bhd’s wholly-owned unit, Palmington Sdn Bhd, has acknowledged a letter of acceptance from TPPT Sdn Bhd to acquire 27 parcels of development land in Seberang Perai Selatan, Penang, for RM150 million.
It told Bursa Malaysia the freehold land covering 83.8ha is located adjacent to its Pearl City township in Simpang Ampat, and the acquisition will be funded through internally generated funds and loans.
