KUALA LUMPUR: Mah Sing Group Bhd said the sales and purchase agreement for its Bandar Meridin East, a 540.8ha freehold self-contained township in Pasir Gudang, Johor, has become unconditional.
This followed the Estate Land Board’s approval of the vendor’s appeal application, as well as, the completion of the due diligence on the land, the group said in a statement yesterday.
Mah Sing shareholders had on March 14 approved the acquisition of the land.
