Responsibilities :
To manage before and after sales customer service
To assist and guide customers in owning their home
To handle all customers' comments, compliments and complaints for continuous improvement
To manage and enhance customer experience in buying a home
To provide critical statistical information in improving the organisation's performance
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years working experience in Customer Service
Candidates with residential and commercial properties of housing projects will have an added advantage
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia & Chinese
Good interpersonal and communication skills and able to work independently
Energetic and passionate about building a successful career
Presentable, able to work under pressure with good problem solving skills & conform to deadlines
Must be able to travel outstation and possess own transport
